A village with a famous ruined abbey, 8km northwest of Arras. Shelled nearby in May 1917 ("thought they were too far back"), and the site of a dinner with Garrow, Col. Bell, and Maj. Critchley in July. Robertson is stationed here repeatedly through August 1917 ("Shifted to Mt. St. Eloi Stn." on August 11), and passes through again that autumn.
